I agree - when I was in the Apple store last night they made me watch a video on other phones dropping bars when ‘holding it wrong.’ I do not care about that, I just want to make calls when I have service. I have seen a difference in dropped calls, but nothing in frequency or higher dropped calls, just dropping in different areas. 

It is obnoxious to read/hear/see everyone smack talk it even after Apple gave them all an out to return it.
